My real estate journey started with a simple goal: to help people find a place they’re proud to call home. That goal turned into a decades-long passion, beginning shortly after I moved to Texas in the early '90s and took my first role as an apartment leasing consultant.


What started as a job quickly grew into a rewarding career in multifamily property management, where I earned industry-leading designations like CAM and CAPS, mentored rising professionals, contributed to acquisition teams, and led regional operations across multiple states. Each chapter added new depth to my experience—and set the foundation for the work I do today.

Begin packing at least a few weeks in advance, starting with items you use the least. 2. Declutter Before You Pack Take this opportunity to get rid of items you no longer need. Donate, sell, or discard unnecessary belongings to lighten your load. 3. Gather Packing Supplies You’ll need: Sturdy moving boxes Packing tape Bubble wrap or packing paper Labels and markers Plastic bags for small parts 4.
